  Jacqueline Peart - Chair

Jacqueline Peart is the founder of Deep Calleth Unto Deep Ministries a charitable organisation that exists to encourage, challenge and inspire others to live whole purpose filled lives. Jacqueline is an inspirational speaker, poet, entrepreneur and author, who has a reputation for being a very 'real', open and honest person. She has learnt to expose herself in ministry to others so the message of deliverance and inner healing opens the door for the Holy Spirit to work miraculously in so many lives, including her own.

Jacqueline is the author of the book series 'Inspirations for…' a collection of inspirational thoughts and poetry. She is also the author of a motivational book based on Rahab (Joshua 2) entitled, “Will the Real Women of Destiny Please stand up? 20 lessons to transform your life!”

As well as speaking internationally and nationally she runs a training and development business, 'Training With Purpose International Ltd' (TWPI), offering high quality training and development solutions to church and secular organisations alike. Jacqueline has a passion for working with people from all walks of life and as part of TWPI she has the opportunity to work with young people that are not in education, employment or training and preparing them for life and work. TWPI was recently used as a case study in the UK's Commission for Employment and Skills for effective employability skills training.

Amidst this busy schedule Jacqueline finds time to have fun, enjoy life, socialise and play games such as Monopoly and Scrabble where she is the families reigning champion (even though Marcia thinks she is)!

Above all she loves the Lord with all her heart!

  Normagene Peart - Trustee

Normagene is the wife of Ivan Peart and has been married for over 40 years. They are the proud and blessed parents of three amazing women of God, Yvonne, Marcia and Jacqueline and grandparents to Mark Atkinson a young man who loves the Lord.

Normagene has been a vital part of DCUD Ministries from the outset in a number of ways such as through prayer and financial support. She now travels with Jacqueline all over the world as her armour bearer and a key part of the Intercessory team for the ministry.

She held many management positions including a Catering Supervisor/Trouble shooter for Trust House Forte, a Manager in the Health Service and her last fifteen years of employment was in Local Government carrying out a variety of management roles, from a Senior Area Contracts Supervisor to the overall Direct Service Organisation (DSO) Manager with full responsibility for the cleaning service within the London Borough of Enfield. This role whilst particularly challenging was also enjoyable as she managed 500 staff across the borough, 80 Site Supervisors and 4 Area Contract Managers. She negotiated new contracts, developed new policies and she implemented new methods to help the organisation achieve Investors in People status as part of her varied role.

Normagene retired from Enfield at the young age of 58 and is enjoying a full and active life. She volunteers for The London Healing Rooms where she ministers to those who need healing. She is also a volunteer for Age Concern and Care Leyton where she visits and helps the elderly.

Normagene enjoys helping people and being used by God. She is loving and kind to all who know her. To relax she enjoys playing games, socialising and having fun!

  Pastor Doug Williams - Trustee

The East-end of London has always been seen as the home of some pretty ‘dodgy geezers’, thankfully, Doug Williams is not one of them!

As the Senior Pastor of Emmanuel Christian Centre, a large and thriving inner-city church, Doug has to have a clear head and a heart for challenge.

’All the diversity that our church deals with is a constant source of… creative challenge,’ Doug quips, ‘but I love every minute!’ Training at Spurgeon’s College was a major part of his academic preparation for the task, but learning is a lifelong pursuit for this minister.

Local church work is part of the big picture of Christian leadership for Doug as he also serves his denomination, the AOG (Assemblies of God), and part of their overall National Leadership Team and until recently the Superintendent for London.

’I love the opportunity to serve in a wider context that our local church and the national and international invitations are a wonderful opportunity for me, but my heart is never far from home. The local church really is the hope of the world. Our Church seeks to be a safe place for kids, a supportive place for parents, a welcoming place for visitors, an exciting place for teenagers, a friendly place for Senior Citizens and a home for the Community. We believe that, real life is worth celebrating, so we do! With excellent music, passionate and relevant preaching, great social gatherings for food and friendship and all kinds of activity, church has never looked so good…’

Doug is a well-respected and much sought after Christian motivational speaker, with strong teaching gifts and an apostolic calling to leaders. He travels widely internationally, to conduct leadership training sessions, church retreats and men's conferences. He is a singer/ songwriter and has played with numerous gospel artistes and singers, and his own band called ‘Raize’. They have also recorded several CDs.

‘My musical focus now,’ says Doug, ‘is all about worship that is truly God-centred, and how to find and develop the ‘voice’ of our church in declaring that. Each church I know has a unique blend of people and preferences, seeing how all that gets expressed in worship is an exciting journey.’

Doug is married to Joan and they have four children.
